The Lead Connect Global team consists of members from around the globe. The different experience leads diverse knowledge in the communities and the importance of quality education outside of the communities.

Daniel Mensah Losu
Founder / Functional Executive Officer / Acting Head of the Department of Education and Lifelong Learning
Mr. Losu is a graduate of the University of Ghana with a strong background in youth leadership, community development, and global advocacy. He is a Youth Leaders Fellow with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA)–Ghana and a volunteer with the United Nations. He has served as an Evaluation Committee Member for the Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs and Administration (NASPAA).
Mr. Losu is a recipient of the iChange Nations–President Girma Wolde-Giorgis Environmental Award and the Searcherdemic Life Awards, in recognition of his commitment to social impact and leadership. He is a passionate advocate for quality education, health, youth empowerment and sustainable community development.

Lawrence Amankwah
Acting Head of Operations and Programs
Mr. Amankwah is an emerging education and development professional currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Information Studies at the University of Ghana. He has experience in teaching support, administrative work, and program coordination through roles with Lead Connect Global, Ghana Education Service, and Tamale West Hospital.
His leadership includes serving as Acting Director of Operations and Programs at Lead Connect Global and holding executive roles within the Education Students’ Association Electoral Commission. Passionate about youth empowerment and community impact, Lawrence is committed to advancing educational development and social transformation.

Elsie Seyram Abla Ahovi
Acting Head of Partnerships, Fundraising and Sponsorships
Ms. Ahovi is a seasoned leader with expertise in strategic partnerships and a Master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from GIMPA. Her exceptional leadership and collaborative approach drive collective success and advance organizational goals.

Harriet Naa Ayele Mensah
Acting Head of the Department of Health and Well-being
Ms. Mensah is a dedicated professional with a strong background in nursing and community health. Her leadership and expertise enhance our health initiatives and promote holistic well-being. With a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Health and Applied Sciences (UHAS), she drives impactful health programs that support our organization's mission.

Welbeck Wendy Wilhelmina Naa Dedei
Acting Head of the Department of Compassion and Social Interventions
Welbeck Wendy Wilhelmina Naa Dedei is a visionary leader in human-centered design who integrates technology with empathy. She holds a foundation in Architectural Technology from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), complemented by certifications in Marriage and Family Life Therapy from the Christian Council and Peer Counseling from the University of Ghana.
She is currently advancing her expertise through a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Ghana. She is deeply committed to crafting spaces and strategies that nurture minds and uplift communities.

Fauzia Katali Yakubu
Acting Head of Communications and Media
Ms. Yakubu is a passionate advocate for social impact, driving change through user-centered design and strategic communication. Her expertise in UI/UX design and commitment to causes like SRH, gender equality, climate justice and quality education fuel her impactful work in communications and media.

gui zhiyou
Global Ambassador
Gui Zhiyou is a Film and Media Studies graduate from the University of California, Berkeley, with a minor in Global Studies–Africa. A full-ride scholar and Eisner Prize recipient, they graduated with a 3.97 GPA, focusing on global inequity, cultural exchange, and media representation in their films.
Professionally, Gui has worked as a filmmaker on both independent and large-scale productions.
They collaborate with artists in L.A., the Bay Area, Taiwan, and Ghana to expand filmmaking as a medium of self-exploration in resistance to the neoliberal commodification of culture.
As an Ambassador for Lead Connect Global, gui is committed to youth leadership, creative empowerment, and using media to connect communities and amplify underrepresented voices worldwide.

Bright-Kelvin Yao Afeku
Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. Afeku is the Chief Executive Officer of Bright Windowtech Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.

Belinda Afi Baku
Acting Director of Graphics and Media
Belinda Afi Baku is a Graphic Designer with three years of experience creating posters, banners, social media content, and brochures that help organizations share their story. She is a student at the University of Ghana, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Psychology. She also volunteers with LCG Community Service Programs, contributing her design skills to support community initiatives. Belinda is passionate about clear, impactful visual communication.

Ryan Ho
Global Outreach & Engagement Lead
Ryan Ho is a student at Stanford University pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Urban Studies. Hailing from Hong Kong, he holds a deep love for the world and its people, fueling his community work at Lead Connect Global.
As Treasurer for Engineers Without Borders at Stanford, Ryan has gained hands-on experience in international development through WASH projects in Ecuador. He is deeply committed to blending technical expertise with community-centered projects for sustainable impact.
