MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The Senior High Schools Mentorship Program by Lead Connect Global is a nationwide initiative designed to empower senior high school students across Ghana with the knowledge, skills, and guidance they need to make informed decisions about their future. At this critical stage of academic and personal development, many students face uncertainty regarding career choices, higher education pathways, entrepreneurship opportunities, and essential life skills. This program addresses these challenges through structured mentorship sessions delivered by trained professionals, industry experts, and dedicated volunteers.

Through exposure to real-world experiences, positive role models, and practical life skills, the program inspires students to pursue excellence and take ownership of their personal and professional growth. The Senior High Schools Mentorship Program contributes directly to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), by preparing young people to transition successfully from school to further education, employment or entrepreneurship.
