The Lead Connect Global Board is composed of members with diverse backgrounds and experiences. This range of perspectives strengthens the board’s understanding of different communities and reinforces its commitment to advancing access to quality education beyond local contexts.

Daniel Mensah Losu
Founder / Functional Executive Officer / Acting Head of the Department of Education and Lifelong Learning
Mr. Losu is a graduate of the University of Ghana with a strong background in youth leadership, community development, and global advocacy. He is a Youth Leaders Fellow with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA)–Ghana and a volunteer with the United Nations. He has served as an Evaluation Committee Member for the Network of Schools of Public Policy, Affairs and Administration (NASPAA).
Mr. Losu is a recipient of the iChange Nations–President Girma Wolde-Giorgis Environmental Award and the Searcherdemic Life Awards, in recognition of his commitment to social impact and leadership. He is a passionate advocate for quality education, health, youth empowerment and sustainable community development.

Bright-Kelvin Yao Afeku
Member of the Board of Directors
Mr. Afeku is the Chief Executive Officer of Bright Windowtech Limited. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana and a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration.

Komdedzi Esene Amenumey
Member of the Board of Directors
Komdedzi Esene Amenumey is a marketing and psychology graduate from the University of Ghana. Komdedzi has professional experience in consulting research, communications, and customer experience within Ghana’s consulting and financial services environments.
Beyond her professional work, Komdedzi is actively engaged in leadership and community service. She has participated in mentorship and outreach initiatives through organisations such as Lead Connect Global and her local Christian denomination; Royalhouse Chapel International.
Komdedzi’s interests include research, writing, volunteerism, and strategic planning, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and meaningful community engagement.
